Gardenia Plant What Is Wrong With My Gardenia Plant?

What is wrong with my gardenia plant? - gardenia plant

I managed to keep a plant alive gardenia for the winter and are now in the sun. It has bloomed several times and healthy shoots that bloom soon. However, most of the leaves have turned a yellow solid. I had a lot of water when I was at home this winter. What is the yellow leaves? We had lots of rain - you're thinking too much water?

Solid yellowed leaves only a natural water ... perhaps .. Soil acid test for drainage, of course ... .. when the leaves are green, himself or mottled yellow paste .. This is probably a lack of magnesium and iron .. then the Epsom salts or chelated iron resolve to ... Also check with a magnifying glass for any insect activity ... which often go hand in hand .. Good luck.

Gardenias like good drainage. They love water, but too much water and will die. Also an acid soil ... might wonder why the leaves yellow. Mine do sometimes. Get Epsom ... You know, the kind in the pharmacy to find .. Department for soaking baths ... sprinking and around plants. It is the soil more acid .. and healthier.
You can also done a commercial fertilizer for gardenias ... Epsom salts, but is cheaper and works just as well.
If your gardenias dig sitting in a puddle, a moat, so that water can drain.
And in the house for the winter? It is not necessary ... Gardenias are strong ... Stay green all winter ...
But, uh, ok ... It depends on where you are and the weather, but here .. that green all winter and stay strong.
Go to any place in the plant care and talk to your area and plants.

You may need to make sure that you have a large pot with good drainage .... If you have had and can not be accepted, the sun-scorched leaves .... Put it into a shade, and move the pot for a discharge.
